We walked from Kehrsatz to Rüeggisberg which was cold and foggy but strangely enjoyable. It took us up and over a steep hill onto the plateau and gave us a real feeling of achievement to be walking in our own area. Everything was very wintery, but the light meant we had some quite spectacular views. The path connected with the way that we had already walked from Constance to Rüeggisberg, meaning that we had connected the dots so that we could say that we had set off from our front door on the Jakobsweg, the Way of St. James.
