Trin to Laax

We had finished our last holiday at the railway station down at the river below Trin, and this time we took a bus up to the village itself. The way started over fields and sunken roads, then continued along the edge of the steep gorge where the Rhine twisted through an ancient landslide. Then followed a narrow cliffside path to the edge of Laax, a winter tourist resort.
